Our consultants

Leadership, capacity and decision resilience

Digital change, ERPs and the silo tax

Every legacy ERP in healthcare is paid for twice: once on the invoice, and again — every single day — in the silos it freezes into the organisation. I've seen what that costs from both sides: as the change manager at Chelsea and Westminster, and as the consultant now leading €2M+ digital programmes for international clients. The lesson is always the same. The technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is redesigning the clinician's day so the system serves the work, not the other way around. Migrate the ERP and you save money. Migrate the mindset and you save lives.

AI in healthcare

AI in healthcare will not be won by the best model. It will be won by the organisations whose data, workflows and culture are ready to receive one. Twelve years between the bedside and the boardroom have taught me where AI earns trust — and where it loses it in a single click. The winning use cases are quiet: triage support, documentation, capacity prediction, early-warning scores that clinicians actually act on. The losing ones are loud, beautiful and unused. My job, and the opportunity in front of every healthcare leader today, is to build the foundation now — clean data, sound governance, user-centred design — so that when the model arrives, the organisation is already a year ahead of its competitors
